Mark Twain in the house
One hundred years after his death, Mark Twain is emerging as one of the hottest authors of the season -- check out this New York Times article about the explosive popularity of The Autobiography of Mark Twain from University of California Press. (Oh yes, that is our own Rebecca quoted about halfway down the first page, and a nice picture of the book on Greenlight's shelves.)
We're happy to report that Mr. Twain's posthumous opus is on our shelves (and stacked on our front counter, and piled in our windows) at Greenlight. Here's the book page where you can read about it and buy it on our site, and you're welcome to come to the store and heft the book in person.
The Autobiography also made our list of top year-end nonfiction recommendations -- we'll be sending out the complete list of recs in all genres early next week. Sign up for our email list if you're interested in finding out who makes the cut with America's (again) most popular humorist.
